Kairos consciousness loop + M.I.N.I.O.N.S. federated topology

Two full research posts with original dark-terminal diagrams: Kairos (persistent six-state loop, three daemons, memory core, git constitution) and M.I.N.I.O.N.S. (four-layer federated agent topology). Also converted /blog into an index and moved the decouple-brain post to its own route.
